OversightStudio, LLC operates Oversight Supply. This page explains the information used to run your account and deliver your templates.
Information we handle
We use your email address, account name, sign-in information, saved favorites, membership and credit status, and records of templates you unlock. If you contact us, we receive the messages you send. Our hosting and authentication providers may process technical information such as device details, IP address, cookies, and security logs. We do not receive your full card number from checkout.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and protect accounts, process membership purchases, deliver digital templates, answer support requests, prevent misuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Where privacy law requires a legal basis, these purposes generally rely on providing the service you request, our legitimate security and service interests, legal obligations, or your consent where applicable.
Providers and sign-in
Supabase provides account authentication and storage; Vercel hosts the site; Stripe processes checkout, billing, and related transaction records; and our email provider sends account messages. If you choose Google sign-in, Google participates in that sign-in flow. These providers process information needed for their services under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and local storage
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect account sessions. Your browser may also store favorites and interface preferences locally. You can clear local storage and cookies in your browser, although doing so may sign you out or reset those preferences.
Retention and security
We keep information while your account is active and as needed for support, security, tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Access to private fulfillment links is restricted to server-side delivery after an entitlement check. No internet service can promise absolute security, but we use access controls and trusted service providers to protect information.
Your choices and contact
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your account information by emailing info@madebyoversight.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to object or complain to a regulator.
