Terms of Service
These terms explain what you receive when you use Oversight Supply, operated by OversightStudio, LLC.
Memberships and billing
Monthly membership is $39 per month and provides three template credits after each successful payment. Unused credits expire at the end of that billing period and do not roll over. Lifetime membership is a one-time $499 purchase with no scheduled renewal. Any applicable tax and the final total are shown before you confirm payment. Promotional discounts, if offered, are shown at checkout.
Unlocks and availability
One credit unlocks one design and each format available for that design. A design you have unlocked remains in your library after you cancel Monthly. Lifetime gives access to the catalog of deliverable templates and future templates as they are released, for as long as Oversight Supply operates. A format is included only where it is actually available; not every design includes Webflow, Framer, or Figma files. If a paid template cannot be delivered as described, contact us so we can fix it or arrange an appropriate refund.
Template use
You may use an unlocked template in your own or a client project, subject to any licence terms supplied with that template or its source platform. You may not resell or redistribute the template files or access links, share your account, or present the template itself as your own product for sale. Reuse across multiple projects is not promised unless the applicable template licence permits it.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel Monthly through the billing management link in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your paid period; previously unlocked designs remain in your library. Our Refund Policy explains how to request a refund. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Accounts and changes
Keep your sign-in links private and provide accurate account details. We may update the catalog, correct listing errors, or change future prices. A price change to an existing subscription will be communicated before it applies. If we materially change these terms, we will publish the revised terms and date here.
