7 Website Templates for Coaches and Consultants (and How to Choose)

A coaching or consulting site has one job: make the right person book a call. Here are seven templates built for that, and how to pick the one that fits your practice.

By Florent, Oversight

If you're a coach, therapist or consultant, your website doesn't need to do much. It needs to make the right person feel understood, show them you can help, and make booking a call easy. A good template gets you most of the way there, so you can spend your time on the words, not the layout.

Below are seven templates from the Oversight Supply catalog that are built for exactly this kind of practice, with what each one suits. If you're still working out which pages you need, I wrote a separate guide on the best website structure for consultants and coaches.

What to look for in a coaching or consulting template

Before the examples, a quick checklist. Whatever you pick should have:

  • A personal hero. People hire a person. A template with room for your photo and a first-person headline beats a stock-photo layout.
  • A clear "who this is for" section. The visitor should recognise themselves within seconds.
  • Services or packages laid out so they're easy to compare.
  • Proof you actually have: client words, credentials, or results you can stand behind. Leave out what you don't have yet; empty or invented testimonials do more harm than none.
  • One obvious call to action, usually "Book a free call", repeated through the page.
  • A tone that matches your work. Calm and warm for therapy and wellbeing, sharper and more structured for business consulting.

A bright enterprise template with several layouts and pages included. Good for firms with multiple services or industries to present, plus a blog. See EnterpriseEdge.

How to choose between them

  1. Are you the brand, or is the firm? Solo coach or therapist: Calma, Serenya, Solora or Stillpoint. A firm or B2B service: Numeris, Echoes or EnterpriseEdge.
  2. Match the feeling to your clients. Someone booking therapy wants calm. Someone hiring a finance advisor wants confidence and clarity.
  3. Count your pages. If you have one offer, a simpler template is easier to keep up to date than one with a dozen page types.
  4. Check it on your phone. Most people will first see your site on a phone, often from a social profile or a referral link.

After you pick one

Swap in your own photo first; it changes the whole feel. Then write the "who this is for" section in your clients' words, not industry terms, and make sure the booking button goes somewhere that works. A finished, honest site with one clear call to action beats a perfect one you never publish.
